Welcome to R4 Services. The present Terms and Conditions regulate your usage of our website and the professional solutions provided within Plymouth, Saltash, and Devon. Engagement with our services constitutes a formal agreement to these terms.
1. Service Provision
R4 Services executes professional exterior cleaning, property preparation, and landscaping. We strive for excellence across Plymouth and Devon, though specific results are contingent upon environmental variables and site conditions beyond our reasonable control.
2. Bookings and Cancellations
To obtain a formal quotation, clients must provide precise contact information and project scopes. A minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide such notice may incur a fee of 50% of the total service valuation.
3. Remuneration and Invoicing
Services require a deposit as detailed in the quotation. Full settlement is mandatory prior to project initiation. Invoices issued upon completion of works are subject to a strict 14-day payment window from the date of issuance.
4. Liability and Indemnity
R4 Services maintains comprehensive professional insurance. While all due care is exercised, we shall not be held liable for losses or damages arising from unforeseen events, including adverse weather conditions or external third-party actions.
5. Statutory Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal disputes or claims arising from the provision of our services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the judicial courts located in the city of Plymouth.
